Coldwell Solar has a planned portfolio of over a gigawatt of utility solar projects with a market value of $1.34 billion through 2023.  We are currently developing a global strategy with utility-scale projects Internationally including California in the CAISO cluster studies 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12.  Many of these projects will include utility battery storage.  In addition, we provide our local communities with over $80 million annually of agricultural and commercial offset renewable solar projects.

We are a turn-key renewable developer and system operator.  We develop our own projects and can assist our partners in acquiring land and entitlements, secure PPA’s and financing, engineering, interconnection processing, procurement and design build services.
