ROCKLIN, Calif., June 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Coldwell Solar, Inc. announces today the company has acquired a 40 megawatt utility solar project. CEO Dave Hood says, “We are excited about this project that has been strategically located to benefit from its dual qualification for both utility local and transmission criteria. This dual qualification is highly desirable because it is a requirement placed on the utility companies to deal with local and long distance transmission of power. Due to non-disclosure agreements, I can’t tell you its exact location, however it’s located in Central California and we expect to break ground in late 2016.”
